Again, every movement starts in the brain. First, the brain predicts the outcome of the movement using perception and past memories.
Next, our sensory-motor system takes over. Our sensory nerves control our perceptions. Our motor nerves control our movements. This should be a continuous feedback loop, and it requires a constant stream of sensory information to maintain ongoing control of muscular movements.
Movement for Brain Health, Part 1, Continued video course will continue with stimulating the brain and employing new movements along with patterns recognition for the upper body. Non-dominant hand movements will be featured, along with the patterns recognition.
In Part One, Continued, you will receive a follow along video and pdf for the entire series of upper body movements, 12 in total.
